How my journey began:

Pilates and wellness came to me in a time when I needed to heal my body. Movement was something I was so used to, as I grew up dancing, but always treated it as a forced relationship.

Throughout a completely different career and (more than) regular business hours I always took “care” of my body but in the most unhealthy way. I started aggressively running and training all hours of the day and late night. I would binge eat, starve myself, try all different diets that I thought would “help” my training.

I felt horrible.

After several injuries (and feeling like I was doing more harm then good) I got back into Pilates and felt amazing.

Everything in my brain clicked. I was moving my body in a familiar way that felt great where I actually could see a positive difference as well. I went on to further my education in health and fitness with nutrition coaching.

To be able to share the positive impact it has brought into my life does not feel like work, I get to do what I love everyday.

Helping people feel as good and creating a healthy relationship with movement and food is my focus. Working together is not following a “diet”, I am here to help you create a personalized maintainable lifestyle.

My goal is for you to look and feel your best from the inside out.
