One on one personalized sessions. We work together in my own space for a 55 minute session. We strengthen, focus and give you a workout where you leave feeling better than when you arrived.

  • In-home Sessions

Why leave the house when I can come to you?

One on one options available as well as duets or small groups. We can work together with equipment you have at home to find a routine that works best at your convenience.

  • On Demand

The best option for my clients on the go or who simply want to move on their own time. Over 100+ classes on demand to choose from as well as pre/post natal safe.

  • Virtual

One on one online. Available for 55 minute virtual sessions, wherever you may be.

  • Group Classes

    In person semi-private or group mat classes, where we use bodyweight only! I come to the location of your choosing where we can work in a semi-private group (2-4 people) or a larger group (5+ people) Strengthening your entire body while getting your heart rate up in a fun group class setting.
