Consultation
Our first session is a 60 minute discussion together. Here we will spend the first half talking about specific goals, your relationship with food and your body. We will focus on what has and hasn’t worked for you in the past and how you would like to move forward.
The following half of our session will be focused on collaboration. We’ll make a plan to hit those goals and identify targeted tasks to implement into your daily routine. By the end of our initial consultation, we make sure that you leave feeling 100% confident and comfortable.
Check In’s
Each session following our initial consultation will be a weekly 30 minute check in. This can be done in person or online at your convenience. We will find a standing time in your schedule that you feel confident to commit to.
During these sessions we will discuss together what is working best for you, your progress and introduce new strategies to help you achieve your goals. All approaches are specialized to your personal concerns.
Programs
There are multiple options moving into a program following your consultation. You can choose a 6 week or 8 week commitment. We will discuss after our first consultation which program would best suit your needs based off your goals.
Following each session you will receive an email recapping our discussion as well as clear instructions on our next steps. Worksheets and helpful tools will be given throughout your program.
When choosing a program you will have full access to me through email if any questions or concerns arise between sessions.
